There's nothing complicated or difficult about sorting and filtering in Excel. Follow the workbook to see how it's done, and you will have learned it all.
For the purposes of a test, though, it might be a good idea to jot down a few notes, just so you don't remember everything that comes so easily while you are doing it in class.
